A slightly modified version of the Clearlooks-Warning GTK+ Theme by smurfd. The Radio Button Text, the Check Button Text, and the Frame Title have lighter colors, so you can read them more easily.

FANTASTIC!!! 1 Thing though.....I know this comment is fairly new compared to the post but in Firefox the inactive tabs are tough to read...font color or background color needs to change???

i was looking for a darker theme and i found it im using it now
i think you are brave creating a dark theme as its hard to create a good one, especially with the colours you have chosen. I like the grey and I do actually like the yellow colour, but I think in this theme the yellow is used a bit too much.
