Kudos on going down a road less travelled and trying something new with the green menu bar. Its nice to see someone trying to innovate themes away from generic blues.
Actually, I've changed my mind. I'm actually the first person to say this but, I LOVE THE GREEN BAR! I like the look of W*n*o*s Vista and this does it all for me!
Icky bar! I'm glad you made Clearlooks Visto, that theme is great, but I still like this one!
Take a look at the theme's variations. I made a "Cearlooks-Visto" theme, without that... eh... "green error". 
A beautiful theme ruined when someone with a can of greeen paint came by and spalattered it across the menubar.....
Looks like a Cairo theme. Is Clearlooks-Cairo finally out of development or something?
From the little thumbnail and the larger screenshot, this does look like a nice theme.
I've just tried it to make the menubar gray when unfocused but it doesn't work. Somehow Clearlooks seems to know only one state for the menubar...
What would be even nicer is if only the menubar of the current focused would stand out in bright green.

Great work - this is my favorite theme in two years! Haven't changed my theme since installation of this one.
