Using ubuntu feisty, I can't use this theme,
GTK2-engines are installed, and still human theme controls appears instead of this theme,
any idea?

I think you need Gnome 2.18, since this theme using symbolic colour names for the GTK+ theme file.

But the title font shadow makes reading it a bit hard.
