great piece of work ertz! it keeps getting better! there's just one minor issue: on ubuntu dapper (gnome 2.14) in nautilus the home and computer icons in the menu bar don't seem to be alright (ie it falls back on gnome's defaults) any clue? besides, i find your theme lovable, thanks!

If you take a look inside the Xtra folder of this iconset you'll see there are tow variations on the folder colour, grey and yellow.

Personally I like the colour though :-P

there is no doubt this is a fine iconset that is well done but i just cant stand those pukish color of the folder-icon :-/

My volume icon shows up but randomly disapears still, is this happening to anyone else?

Thanks for the site link Ertz, nice design. I look forward to that Firefox theme :) Good luck with your finals.

ertz: Yes please, include those sizes (they are the sizes recommended by tango). Also, I would appreciate if you did the same for the rest of your themes, you're a fine artist dude!

deusiah: thanks :) ... will do a Firefox theme, i was thinking about making one, but i have some finals tomorrow and i didn't have time to make it.
I just made a website a few days ago, i've been playing with CSS for the first time :-P. http://www.silvestre.com.ar/

bugmenot: i'll add those PNG sizes for the most used stock icons :), thanks for the suggestion.

Great work again Ertz! I didn't think I'd be changing my icon theme from "Dropline Nuovo!" for a long time but "Yasis" has a really appealing clean look. Any chance of a Firefox icon set to replace the "Dropline Nuovo!" one I'm currently using? :-P

Have you thought about getting a site up for all of your icons?

Posted 10 December 2005 - 19:06

it would be great if you include the sizes 16x16, 22x22 & svg. Nautilus is slower using svg icons only. Anyway, waiting for the updates :)

bugmenot: i'm kinda following their guidelines, also, when i get my hands on breezy i'll try to fix some things... i'm holding Neu! and Nuovo! releases becouse i haven't installed GNOME 2.12 yet, but i'll fix everything i can :)

and thanks for the comments :) always good to hear/read them

Very nice, apart from the aforementioned disappearing volume control.

Posted 8 December 2005 - 02:26

some bugs: in ubuntu breezy, the volume applet disappears when this icon set is selected. No mouse or keyboard icon (I mean, there's the generic box for apps with no icon). This also happens with serpentine.

Other than that, it's looking great!

ertz this work rocks. You're doing very fine themes. Are you going to use tango proyect indications?
