I accept that Lokheed's artwork is protected by copyright, but a linguistic word (e.g. "Tempura") cannot be "copyrighted". Copyright may subsist in a wide range of creative or artistic forms or "works". These include poems, plays, and other literary works, movies, choreographic works, musical compositions, audio recordings, paintings, drawings, sculptures, photographs, software, radio and television broadcasts of performances. Words, however, cannot be "copyrighted".

A word can be a trademark though; if Lokheed has registered "Tempura" as a trademark, he could enforce it, however I see no evidence of this. Therefore there is no "copyright violation" regarding the word "Tempura".
