I have an svg version I did inspired by this but its not identical since it was made to be transparent. There are a few more colors available at the first link in the description - adding the swipe is really easy using Inkscape. If there is an svg of the original I don't have it.
As I said in another post[3], you can change the colours using The GIMP Colorize or Color Rotate effects.

Hey Timtro, the original work is by Digitalgrafis[1]. There are several versions with different resolutions, modified highlighting or the added sweep. We use a modified green version in Foresight created by Rennou[2].
I'm not 100% which version is in the screenshot. It has the sweep but is also blurred. It may have been done by the uploader. You could get the same effect by colour shifting the green version we use in Foresight[3]. The two methods which work best are The GIMPs 'Colorize' and 'Rotate Colors', both in the Colors menu.

Nice customisations, I still use the default settings for most things because I really like them.
